well it's the tail end of the weight loss challenge & I needed a push. I decided what a better way then to make myself a journal book that I could record what I eat, my thoughts, exercises, my weight loss records as well as my measurements.
I'm adding pictures to record my progress for the next 6 weeks...I sure wish I would have done this sooner.
***according to my scale lost 12lbs...yeah me!
